Particular attention was paid to such new institutions as the multiplicity of the parties to the arbitration, consolidation of arbitrations and arbitration of several treaties. During the first session of the conference the representatives of both foreign and Russian arbitration institutions analyzed the most significant cases of various regulations and rules of arbitration.
The practical aspects of arbitration have also been changing, in this regard the experience of practitioners in who already faced these changes was of the particular interest to the participants. During the second session of the Conference there have been discussed different approaches to problems arising in the course of international commercial arbitration".
