Inna Vavilova took part in and moderated the conference Pravo.ru “Bankruptcy — 2018: the search for balance”
Managing partner of "Prime Advice" Inna Vavilova moderated the first session "State, bankruptcy and business" and also told guests of the conference about rehabilitation procedures in the bankruptcy at the annual conference Pravo.ru "Bankruptcy – 2018: the search for balance".
Unfortunately, these procedures do not work. According to the managing partner, they do not work due to short terms (two years is not enough to restore solvency), lack of incentive for owners, lack of subordination of creditors' claims and other reasons.
Rehabilitation procedures are so few that they can be neglected,
- recognized Vavilova.
And the saddest thing is that the bill aimed at improving the efficiency of the procedures used in bankruptcy cases, apparently, was prepared in order to improve Russia's position in the World Bank's Doing Business ranking in terms of "Resolution of insolvency".
