“Contract law: Reform of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and current issues of judicial practice” — lecture by Oleg Ganyushin
As a part of the program of additional professional education (professional development) Oleg Ganyushin, project manager of Prime Advice Law Office, gave a lecture at the "Verdikt" educational centre from the "New in the legislation of the Russian Federation" course for the 2019-20 academic year on the topic "Contract law: Reform of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and current issues of judicial practice".
The lecture included new tools for contract practice:
- negotiating agreements (pre-contractual liability);
- statements of circumstances;
- conditional completion of obligations;
- option and option agreement.
As well as answers to questions of how and in what cases to use them and which institutions should be abandoned in the contract work. Recommendations for using tools, structuring transactions, and "pitfalls" to be aware of.
