“Prime Advice” Consulting Group
In 1996 the founders of “Prime Advice” consulting group obtained the first licence for audit activities; in 1997 the licence for appraisal activities followed.
After the quality assurance review in 2000 “Prime Advice” consulting group became a member of HLB International, one of the largest international audit and consulting networks with its headquarters at London. Since then Prime Advice can co-operate with more than 450 offices in 100 countries and provide business assistance virtually in all corners of the world.
At the foundation conference in Moscow in the same year JSC “Audit and consulting group “Prime Advice” entered membership of the first Russian self-regulated association – Institute of Professional Auditors (IPAR). Denis Khimilyayne, Managing partner of “Prime Advice” consulting group, is the director of North-West Territorial Institute of Professional Auditors (NWTIPAR) from the date of establishment.
In 2004 “Prime Advice” consulting group and Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance became official partners. After two years Scientific and expert council of “Prime Advice” consulting group was established with the purpose to integrate the latest Russian and foreign researches in economics and law to operating techniques of the consulting group’s professionals, to participate in the work of governmental and expert assembly authorities for developing and improving regulatory documents.
In 2006 Law offices “Prime Advice, Semenyako and Partners” was incorporated in the consulting group’s framework. It combined legal practices of “Prime Advice” consulting group and “Semenyako and partners” lawyer’s firm.
In 2010 Law offices “Prime Advice, Semenyako and Partners” renamed into “Prime Advice Saint Petersburg”.
Today among the clients of “Prime Advice” there are major international companies, Russian industrial holdings, construction and investment corporations, timber and wood-processing companies, military industrial enterprises, transport companies, banks, distribution networks, food industry, power supply companies. Professionals of the consulting group are experienced in successful work with Russian and international governmental authorities, including the Federal Tax Service, the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency for State Property Management and other.
