St-Petersburg Business Association (SPIBA) was established in 1995 to improve business climate in St-Petersburg and at the North-West of Russia. At present SPIBA unites over 120 organizations, including companies with foreign capital and Russian companies, representation offices of foreign companies, non-commercial organizations, diplomatic and trade missions. Association members represent 22 countries and more than 30 fields of economy. SPIBA is non-governmental, non-political and non-commercial organization, financed only by membership fee, representing the opinion and interests of international business in the context of business development at the North-West.
