Alexey Sobolev, managing partner of “Prime Advice, Semenyako and partners” Law firm, falling into HLB “Prime Advice” Consulting Group, made his presentation at the first annual conference “Attracting international investments to commercial real estate of Saint-Petersburg”, which took place on the 20th of April 2007 in Corinthia Nevsky Palace Hotel. At the conference problems of commercial real estate market development, peculiarities of realizing investment projects in Saint-Petersburg, investment attraction of Saint-Petersburg and financial issues of development projects were discussed. Presentation, made by Alexey Sobolev, was devoted to tax aspects of commercial real estate investment, namely investment project deals structuring, potential tax risks and ways of their minimization. Representatives of city administration and large international companies, such as Knight Frank, Salans, Ernst and Young, Aditum, RBI and many others took part in the conference.
